Disclosure Policy

Sometimes I am paid to post blog posts or receive items in lieu of payment.

If I receive money in return for a blog post, the post’s title will be clearly marked AD. I will also aim to add a disclosure to the top and bottom of the post explaining that it is sponsored content or in collaboration with XX.

If I receive items in lieu of payment, the post’s title will clearly be marked AD-Gifted. I will also aum to add a disclosure to the top and bottom of the post explaining what I received and what was expected in return.

If I am offered a product to review, I will always post an open and honest review. Receiving product or payment for a review in no way changes what I think about the product. I will always be truthful in what I think and seek to write about any negatives as well as positives.

Occasionally I will link to Amazon using what is called an ‘affiliate link’. If you click through to Amazon’s website using this link and go on to make a purchase, I will make a small commission. (Usually a few pence, but it depends on the value of the item purchased)
